Absolutely amazing! We drove in to Canberra on the Thursday afternoon with the engine light on. After calling some other auto services, Mufasa was the only one who was willing to help. He knew we had to be back in Sydney on Saturday and the car was fixed and ready to go on Friday afternoon, running like a dream! It didn't cost a fortune either. Thanks so much! Highly recommended.

CWC auto services are just the absolute best. They offer clear, friendly and reasonable advice, and are very happy to explain things. They always provide a written report of what they've done, no unnecessary work and a complementary loaner car - why would I go anywhere else? Could not recommend them more highly.

Swift service, sorted out the radiator issue of our vehicle overnight while we were crossing Canberra on the way to Melbourne. Deeply thankful to the staff who supported us, particularly to Atheeq for empathetic communication. Highly recommend !

To counter some negative reviews - which have totally surprised me! - I give my impressions of CWC. I have been going to CWC Motors for several years now and to date I cannot fault their level of mechanical expertise and friendly customer service. Mustafa is a mechanic who takes the time to explain auto mechanics and to give helpful advice, when needed. To me, it feels like they really care about their workmanship and they care about their customers. A warmer team would be hard to find. Highly recommend them. Prices are very reasonable too.

I recently had my car serviced at CWC, including a transmission fluid change, and I’m really happy with the experience. The car feels way smoother than ever, especially after the transmission fluid change. Everything was explained clearly and the service felt honest and well done.
